Orkesztika Alapítvány által szervezett SzólóDuó Fesztiválok
lényege lehetőséget teremteni kezdő és tapasztalt alkotók
számára egyaránt, hogy kipróbálhassák művészi elképzeléseiket
közönség előtt. Ugyanilyen fontos, hogy személyes beszélgetésen
keresztül az alkotók visszajelzést kapjanak a szakmai zsűritől
munkájuk további fejlődéséhez.

The
main point of SzólóDuó Festival organized by Orkesztika
Alapítvány is to give opportunity for individual dancers
and dance groups to realize their artistic concepts and
it is just as important that through this event they will
get a feedback that they can use for developing themselves. |
| Fesztiválprogramunk
új nagy ívű célkitűzése, hogy szerte Európában megrendezésre
kerüljenek a SzólóDuó Fesztiválok Társfesztiváljai az alapítvány
szabályainak és célkitűzéseinek megfelelően, melyekről a
kiválasztott produkciók továbbjutnak a budapesti SzólóDuó
Fesztivál versenyprogramjába. Az Orkesztika Alapítvány távlati
célja, hogy a versenyprogramban díjat nyert produkciók körbeutazzanak
a társfesztivált szervező országokba.

In
our festival we have a new goal on a large scale, which
is to organize SzólóDuó semi-festivals all over in Europe
according to the rules and points of the Foundation, of
which the chosen productions would qualify to the main competition
in Budapest. The further goal of Orkesztika Alapítvány is
that the award winning productions shall travel around to
the semi-festival organizing countries.

A társfesztiválokon
keresztül nemcsak megtartani, de bővíteni lehet annak
lehetőségét, hogy mindenki megmutatkozhasson rövid kísérleti
produkcióival a közönség előtt. Így egyre szélesebb körben
erősödhet a nemzetközi tapasztalatcsere és együttműködés
a modern- és kortárstánc területén.

With
the semi-festival we don´t only want to keep but to
enlarge the possibility for everyone to introduce themselves
with a short experimental production in front of the audience.
This way it would be possible to intensify and extensify
the international communication of experiences in the fields
of modern and contemporary dance. |

| A SzólóDuó Fesztivál
szabályai. |
|
1.
The general rules of SzólóDuó Fesztivál |
| A
fesztivál hivatalos nyelvei az angol és a magyar. A fesztivál
nem kíván befogadni olyan koreográfiákat, melyekből hiányzik
az új minőségre, az alkotó gondolkodásra, az egyéni hangvételre
való törekvés. Ennek értelmében improvizációk, tradicionális
műfajú vagy korábban már bemutatott koreográfiák jelentkezését
nem tudjuk elfogadni.

The
official language of the festival is Hungarian and English.The
festival can not host performances in which there is no
intention for a unique presentation, which means that improvisations,
or a choreography that was performed before will not be
accepted. |

fesztiválra rövid szóló- és duótánc produkciókkal lehet
jelentkezni, az adatlap pontos kitöltésével, a mellékletek
benyújtásával, az alábbi feltételekkel:

You
can apply to the Festival with short solo or duo dance performances
under the following conditions by filling out the application
form and enclosures:

produkciónak a fesztiválra kell készülnie (korábban bemutatott
produkcióval nem lehet indulni)

Dance
performances have to be originally created, those that were
already presented can not participate in the Festival. |

jelentkezés alsó korhatára 16 év.
|
|
Applicants
must be at least 16 years old |
| A
bemutatott produkció időtartama, hossza szólónál maximum
6 perc lehet (javasolt időkeret 4 perc), duónál maximum
9 perc lehet (javasolt időkeret 6 perc). Az időkeret túllépése
kizárást von maga után.
|
|
The
length of a solo performance can not be more than 6 minutes
and no more than 9 minutes in the case of duo performances.
Overrunning these time limits cause automatically disqualification
of the participant. |
| A
produkcióhoz eszközöket lehet használni, de a színpadra
való beállás és kiállás - a fesztivál-jelleg miatt - összesen
fél percnél többet nem vehet igénybe.
Nem használható olyan kellék, mely a színpad, táncpadló
sérülését okozhatja, vagy azt beszennyezheti (víz, gyertya,
festék stb.).

Tools
or instruments can be used in the performances but only
if their installation can not take more than 30 seconds
previous to the performance.
Tools (candles, water, dye) that can damage or soil the
stage floor are forbidden to use. |

előadó / koreográfus maximum egy duóval és egy szólóval
indulhat a fesztiválon.
|
|
One
choreographer or performer just can apply with one solo
and one duo production maximum. |
| A
fesztivál jellegéből következően mindenki számára azonos
fénytechnikát, és azonos időtartamú színpadi próbalehetőséget
biztosítunk. A színpad kamaraszínpadi méretű, alap fény-
és hangtechnikával felszerelt (mérete 8x8m vagy 10x10m).

According
to the nature of the festival we can ensure the same light
technique and the same time-extent for the stage rehearsal
for all the participants of the Festival. The size of the
stage is 8 x 8 square meters. |

bemutatandó produkciók sorrendjét sorsolással döntjük el.
|
|
The
sequence of the performances will be decided by chance. |
| A
fesztivál céljainak megfelelően a produkciónkénti szakmai
értékelést helyezzük előtérbe.
|

According
to the goals of the festival we prefer the professional
analyis of the jury.. |

fesztivál versenyprogramjában az elismerések a zsűri, valamint
a közönség értékelése alapján történnek.
|

The
awards of the competition will be decided by the evaluation
of the jury and the audience. |
| A
zsűri a legjobb szóló, legjobb duó díját ítéli oda, valamint
további 2 szóló és 2 duó produkciót díjaz. A közönségszavazatok
alapján egy szóló és egy duó nyer közönségdíjat. A díjazott
alkotók elismerésül pénzjutalmat, valamint annak lehetőségét
kapják, hogy a SzólóDuó Fesztivál Gáláján újra bemutathatják
produkciójukat.

The
jury awards the prize of the Best Solo and the Best Duo.
It also awards two solo and two duo productions. The Prize
of the Audience is given to one solo and one duo production
by the votes of the members of the audience. The artists
get money prizes and the opportunity to perform on the Evening
with the Best of SzólóDuó again. |

kerülő SzólóDuó Fesztivál versenyprogramjának nemzeti jelölő

Semi-festivals
are the national nomination rounds for SzólóDuó Fesztivál
organized every January in Budapest. |

I.
Résztvevők jelentkezési feltételei |

Conditions of Participation |
| 1.
A társfesztiválra kizárólag az adott ország állampolgárai
jelentkezhetnek, és ők csak ezen a társfesztiválon keresztül
jelentkezhetnek. |
|
1.
Only the citizens of the given country can apply for the
semi-festivals, and they can only apply through their homeland´s
semi-festival.
|
2.
A társfesztiválra való jelentkezés egyéb feltételei azonosak
a fent említett szabályokkal (időkorlát, korhatár, eszközhasználat). |
|
2.
The other conditions to apply to the semi-festivals are
the same as above (time frame, age, usage of tools and instruments). |
3.
Fontos, hogy a társfesztiválon az adott ország összes jelentkezője
szelekciómentesen mutatkozhasson meg a közönség és a szakmai
zsűri előtt. |
|
3.
It is important that all the applicants of the country shall
present themselves before the professional jury and the
audience on the semi-festival, without any previous selection. |
|

II.
Eszköz, személyi és intézményi feltételek |

Instrumental, personal and institutional
conditions |
1.
A társfesztivált szervező az előadást kamaraszínházi körülmények
közt rendezze meg
- ideálisan: 8x8 vagy 10x10 méteres színpaddal, alap fényparkkal
és hangtechnikával. |

1.
The organizer of the semi-festival shall organize the performancs
in a chamber-theater; the size of the stage shall be ideally
8x8 or 10x10 square meters with basic lighting park and
sound system.
|
2.
Rendelkezzen megfelelő szintű technikai személyzettel, akik
a fénypróbán és előadáson világosítanak, hangosítanak.
|
|
2.
Shall have convenient technicians, who will be in charge
of the lightning and sound during the rehearsals and the
performances.
|
3.
Kérjen fel konferansziét az előadásra, aki két nyelven (anyanyelv
és angol) felkonferál minden produkciót.
|
|
3.
Shall call upon a speaker for the performance who will announce
each production in two languages (English and the country´s
official language). |
4.
Gondoskodjon róla hogy a a visszajelző beszélgetésen a zsűri
és a résztvevők kommunikációja zökkenőmentes legyen.
(lehetőleg anyanyelvről anyanyelvre törénő fordítással)

4.
Shall confirm that the jury's feedback to the participants
can go smoothly. (From mother tongue to mother tongue if
possible.)

5.
Biztosítson megfelelő helyszínt a szűri munkájához és az
értékelő megbeszélésekhez. (Fontos, hogy ez a szoba csendes,
elkülönített helyen legyen, a zsűri kényelmesen elférjen,
legyenek ülő alkalmatosságok, a szoba szellőztethető legyen,
a résztvevők kapjanak ásványvizet.) |

5.
Shall have a convenient room, where the jury can valuate
the production. It is important that the room shall be a
silent, separate space where the jury can fit in comfortably,
there shall be furniture to sit on, would be possible to
ventilate and the member be served mineral water. |

The Professional jury |
1.
Minimum 3 - maximum 5 főből álljon. |

Shall contain at least 3 - but most 5 people. |
2.
Egy tagja a SzólóDuó Fesztivált rendező Orkesztika Alapítvány
delegáltja legyen. |

2.
One member of the jury must be a delegate of the Orkesztika
Alapítvány who´s the organizator of the SzólóDuó Fesztivál. |
3.
Egy tagja a társfesztivált rendező nemzet szakembere, a
többi tagot a társfesztivál rendezője szabadon választja.
(kérjük minden esetben az összeférhetetlenségeket és elfogultságokat
elkerülni) |

3.
One member of the jury must be a professional in dance of
the co-organizator country, the other members can be chosen
freely by the co-organizator. Please make shure that there
are no incompatibility or prejudice is avoided. |
4.
Fontosnak tartjuk, hogy a választott zsűritagok releváns
visszajelzést adjanak, ezért szükséges, hogy mindannyian
járatosak legyenek a professzionális tánc és fizikai színház
területén, valamint pedagógusként is elég tapasztaltak legyenek. |

4.
It´s important to us that the chosen members of the
jury shall give relevant feedback, hence it´s necessary
that all of them to be experts in professional dance and
physical theater, and be experienced as pedagogues. |
5.
Döntés: a szakmai zsűri a kritérium rendszer alapján értékeli
a produkciókat és dönt a nyertesekről, akik bemutatkozhatnak
a versenyprogramban Budapesten. A kiválasztandó produkciók
számát elsősorban a minőség határozza meg. |

5.
Decision: bythe professional jury, based on the criteria
settled above, and decide about the winners who may present
themselves in the competition program in Budapest. The number
of productions to be selected is mainly the question of
quality. |

A visszajelző beszélgetésekre helyezzük a hangsúlyt a SzólóDuó
Fesztiválon, így a társfesztiválokon is. |

We put great emphasis on the feedback on the SzólóDuó Fesztivál,
and also on the semi-festivals.

2.
Szükségesnek tartjuk, hogy a zsűritagok a megtekintett darabokat
egymás között is értékeljék. Ideális esetben erre a produkciónkénti
megbeszélésre az előadás után másnap délelőtt kerül sor. |
|
2.
We think it´s necessary that the members of the jury
shall discuss the seen productions between each other. Ideally
this discussion would take place next morning to the performances. |
3.
Fontos, hogy a visszajelző beszélgetés az előadásokat követő
napon legyen - nem közvetlenül a bemutatkozó előadások után! |

3.
It is important, that the feedback shall take place next
day to the performances, and not immediately after the presentational
performances. |
4.
A feedback először nagy körben, általános és produkciónkénti
értékeléssel kezdődik, majd a résztvevőknek lehetősége van
egyénileg is beszélgetni a zsűritagokkal. |

4.
A feedback should be first in a wide circle, starting with
general analysis then to go on each production, and then
the participants should have the chance to talk personally
with the members of the jury. |

Tapasztalatunk
szerint a SzólóDuó Fesztivál bőséges programját jól egészíti
ki az egy-egy téma köré szervezett, szakmai workshop. Javasoljuk,
hogy a workshop-ot délelőtt 11 óra utánra időzítsék a szervezők.
Akár a zsűritagok, akár más szakember vezetésével tartott
workshop a fesztiválon résztvevő fiatal alkotók szakmai
tapasztalatainak bővítését, és a közösségi érzés erősödését
is szolgálja. |

By
our experiences the SzólóDuó Fesztivál´s plentiful
program is greatly completed by professional workshops concentrating
on one idea. We suggest the workshop to be held around 11
a.m. Workshops under the leadership of a member of the jury
or any other professional gives opportunity to the young
creators to develop themselves professionally and assist
to strengthen the public spirit. |
